Kalam Pragati innovation hub offers courses designed along with industry experts that will enhance the learner’s 21st-century skills while also giving access to machines, tools and mentors to build products and solutions that positively impact the community.
Hub catalyses the interaction between the Community (Industry and regional professional groups), Industry experts and academic stakeholders for knowledge sharing and co-creating solutions through various programs spread across the year.

Experiential & Hands-On Learning
Kalam Pragati innovation hub will conduct structured programs at the Innovation Hub to equip the students with practical experience and give them hands on exposure to advanced technologies, tools and machinery. The efforts are directed to nurture the competitiveness of the students in higher education through experiential and hands-on learning thereby enhancing the employability of youth and help them land in a career of choice.
ROBOTICS
Get trained to build robots capable of avoiding obstacles to detecting objects, leaving no stone unturned. This is a completely hands-on course, with challenges infused within the curriculum to create a fun learning experience in class.
SOCIAL INNOVATION THROUGH FIELD VISIT
Step out and empathize with community and live through research tools and methodologies. It is a process-oriented program facilitating teams to get an in-depth understanding of the problem and building prototypes to create solutions.
INNOVATION & DESIGN THINKING
Get trained to build everything from catapults to app wireframes, leaving no stone unturned. This course encourages students to tinker with all the available hand tools in the makerspace, ensuring their readiness to build all kinds of prototypes.
INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT)
Students are taken on a journey of discovery, one that inspires students to see the potential IoT has to address some of the most acute human and environmental needs in various sectors like Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing etc.

In our robotics classes, students are taken on a journey of exploration for students to see robots play a big role in the future, whether applied in medicine, transportation, manufacturing, space or ocean exploration, shaping the future by increasing efficiency and improving the overall quality of life. Centered around the concept of building sustainable and impactful products, students are introduced to create mesmerising robotic applications. During the period of 12 weeks, students are trained to build robots capable of avoiding obstacles to detecting objects, leaving no stone unturned. In this course, students will be introduced to various sector-specific real-time scathing problems which are proceeding in the region. During this 12 weeks of course students step out and empathise with community and live through research tools and methodologies .This is completely activity based class with environment of fun-loving that is infuse of challenges .It is a process-oriented program facilitating teams to get an in-depth understanding of the problem and tuning the approach by building prototypes to create a plausible growth for the community through the solutions.

In our IoT classes, students are taken on a journey of discovery, one that inspires students to see the potential IoT has to address some of the most acute human and environmental needs in various sectors like Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing etc. The course on IoT will guide one through its fundamentals and implications in day to day life as well as in the real world by bringing in transformation of a dynamic system of connected devices. During the period of 12 weeks, students are trained to build applications from multiple sensors, actuators, development boards to communication protocols, web APIs, cloud platforms and hardware configurations, leaving no stone unturned. This is a completely hands-on course, with challenges infused within the curriculum to create a fun learning experience in class. The program encourages students to tinker with all the available resources in the labs, ensuring their readiness to build various kinds of applications by the end of the program.

AKTU in association with ERA Foundation have launched Kalam Pragati innovation hub which will enable students to build relevant skills and experience required by industries. Kalam Pragati will also research on the topics not restricted to learning curves of the students, their behavior, teaching pedagogies and the best practices that will help the center to become a knowledge repository to strengthen the higher education system of Uttar Pradesh.

What is the duration of this program?
The course will have 12 sessions of 2 hours each and challenges that students need to solve. As it is integrated with the academic calendar of the institution, the course will be spread across the semester or completed during the vacation period of your college.
How is the course relevant to my semester?
The courses are designed keeping in mind various branches of engineering, medical and dental colleges and in consultation with officials of universities and principals. Hence, you can choose the courses that are categorized based on your semester.
